The show unit is now complete.

Block A  

Reception area 85 complete , reception counter installed , post boxes installed, ceramic tiles to be installed week commencing 21-5-18

  • Level 1 to 4  – units are 95% complete with electrical testing and plumbing checks been made.
  • Level 5 – Units are 75% compete with kitchens been installed and mist coating been applied to all units.

Corridors ceilings are all installed with decoration well progressed the floor coverings will been done at later stages.

Due for completion - Middle of June.  

Block B 

Due for completion - Middle of July.

  • Floors 1-3 are 85% complete with floor coverings complete and programmed works for electrical testing to commence along with water tests.
  • Floors 3-6 are 75% complete with floor coverings progressing and final stages of joinery works.
  • Floors 7-8 are 65% complete with final kitchens been installed and remaining plots to be mist coated.

The external podium works is progressing with steel works been installed.


The podium/carpark is due for completion end of August.

      Due for completion – Last week in July

  • Lower Ground – Rooms 40% completed, first coat decoration underway.
  • Ground Floor –  Rooms 90% completed, currently de-snagging
  • Levels 3 to 5 – Rooms 90% completed, currently de-snagging
  • Level 6  - Rooms 70% completed, final plumbing works underway
  • Level 7 –  Rooms 60% completed, Kitchen install and tiling underway
  • Level 8 – Rooms 30% completed, plastering underway
  • Level 9 – Rooms 30% completed, plastering underway

Block B

      Due for completion – Last week in June

  • Lower Ground – Rooms 60% completed, final plumbing underway
  • Ground Floor -  Rooms 90% completed, currently de-snagging
  • Levels 3 to 5 -  Rooms 80% completed, snagging underway
  • Level 6 -  Rooms 70% completed, final plumbing works underway
  • Level 7 – Rooms 60% completed, kitchen install and tiling underway
  • Level 8 -Rooms 30% completed, plastering underway

Block C

      Due for completion – Last week in June

  • Townhouses – Rooms 50% completed, final electrical works underway
  • Lower Ground – Rooms 95% completed, flooring to be laid
  • Ground Floor – Rooms 95% completed, flooring to be laid
  • Levels 3 to 4 -  Rooms 90% completed, currently de-snagging
  • Level 5 – Rooms 70% completed, final plumbing works underway
  • Level 6 – Rooms 20% completed, initial electrical works underway

Externals

  • Cladding to block C – 95% completed
  • Brickwork to block A & B 95% completed
  • Groundworks will allow safe access into the building are underway starting at block C working towards block B & A

Building foundations have commenced followed by the main concrete frame for the blocks.

Groundworks and substructure now complete, contiguous piled wall retains Cheetham Hill Road and surrounding properties allowing for the construction and completion of 5, half basement levels. 

The structural concrete frame is progressing well and on programme. Structural frame has now been completed from level -05 to 03.

Floors 14 down to 3 - Practical completion end of July.

Floors 3 down to ground -  Practical completion end of September.


Windows have been installed to the tower of the building from floors 15 down to 4 , level 3 will be complete in 10 days’ time.

  • Units on levels 14- 10 are 90% complete with electrical and plumbing tests to be done
  • Units on levels 9 – 5 are 75% complete with decoration and flooring progressing
  • Units on levels 4-3 are 70% complete with skimming works been done and mist coating done in areas.
  • Units on levels 2-1and ground are 60% formed with 1st fix wiring been installed
  • The cladding is 40% done with rails and pull tests been installed
