Current work activities on both blocks currently include brickwork and roof coverings to the envelope. Internally construction of partitions to the apartments and mechanical and electrical first fix activities continue to be the focus of operations. Joinery and Kitchen installations have commenced.

Scaffolding to the perimeter of the building continues to be stripped as the project moves into the later stages of construction with brickwork and cladding substantially complete. Final fit out of apartments including Joinery works and Kitchen and Bathroom installations continue to the upper levels of the building with final decorations and floor finishes progressing on the lower levels.

On block C, externally roofing and cladding to the apartments continues. Internally partitioning and mechanical and electrical services is progressing. The key activity on Blocks A and B is the continued construction of the concrete superstructure frame, whilst external envelope framing and partitioning has commenced on both these blocks.

Extensive site remediation works (including the removal of old Victorian culverts and filling of old wells) are almost complete to this phase of the works with Piling commencing immediately with the basement level piling mat is complete. After 2 weeks of piling foundations will commence followed by the main concrete frame.

Wall partitions and insulation in now in place on all floors. First fix is almost complete on all floors, second fix is complete on upper floors. Corridor core panels on the lower floors are now in place with the installation of the insulation being the next stage.
